******* eviction notices granted by legalwise "Jackie turner"

I'm not a member of legalwise but I spoke to Jackie Turner who says she is the manager at the AZ Berman branch in mitchells plain cape Town, we are in the process of buying a property privately legal binding document deed of sale legally agreeing to pay R150 000 deposit and a monthly bond payment of R2500 for 80 months to cover the balance which is R200 000. We then notice on the deed of sale before submitting it to the city for housing subsidy which we qualify for and awaiting signatures of the owners, there was a date 23rd April 2019 when we signed and we advised them housing subsidy takes about 3-4 months for approval and we then saw another date which was the 30th April 2019 which we then questioned before signed, the owners then confirmed as per verbal agreement we shouldn't worry about that date. We then signed the deed of sale and submitted it for the subsidy. The owners then allowed us to move in the property we buying on the 3rd June 2019. We paid as per normal R2500 ever since moving in with proof of receipt and there signature on there. We then found out that the owners actually went to legalwise where it was confirmed by Jackie turner today that she knows the owners and granted them a eviction notice to give to us where we have to be out by the 30th September 2019. Jackie turner has given another eviction notice which was dropped at the post office and we collected it there, Jackie turner told us that we will be thrown out once this matter goes to court because she don't have her license but she still wins her cases and the judge will just see the date of when the deposit supposedly to be paid the judge will grant the eviction. As per the pie act of South Africa if we do not pay our rent, if we damage the property or do anything in detriment to the property the eviction will then only be legal. We have ever since we moved in the property paid our rent, not damaged the property at all. The owner said he wants to cancel the deed of sale because he has family issues with his wife but yet he still accepts payment every month which by law is actually down payment of the balance remaining. Jackie turner has absolutely no manner of speaking to any person and is doing things ********ly as per the PIE Act, our lawyer who has the deposit is waiting for them to sign to release the R150 000 deposit to them, but they just used us to do there dirty work in renovating there other house in Hanover Park. Is legalwise doing lawful and legal consultations and doing the right way? Uhm No as per our law and new housing act Jackie turner grants these people eviction notices because she knows them besides being a legalwise representative. We will be taking legalwise to court and to the media as well and higher powers in the housing industry and that knows the true power of our constitution and law.
