******* Debit: Still no action

I want my debited money back. On the 1 st I wrote to Hellopeter sharing my frustration at Legalwise deducting from my bank account months after I cancelled policy due to lack of service. I received a response of a promise to follow up but up to this day no money or discussions of return of my *******ly deducted funds have been held. I will approach the insurance Ombudsman if no return of money is carried out by end of week.
