ill treatment

Hi All, I'm not the one to complain, and certainly not in the business of naming and shaming and putting people's jobs at risk but today I was pushed over my tipping point by a lady named Yvonne Shabangu. I had a problem with an employer, she(Yvonne) told me she will assist... a month down the line, no communication, no update, even just to tell me that they are still working on it and haven't had feedback from my previous employers rather than to keep me wondering what's going on. So I decide to give her a call, when she answers the call, she already was angry, her voice loud and condescending, as if I bothered her when I am a paying customer and entitled to know how's my case going especially if a month has gone by with no feedback or any form of communication. I try to ask her questions about my case and she keeps cutting me off before I can finish the question or before she can even hear what my question is, shouting as if I had said anything to offend her or make her angry when I didn't even get a chance to speak as I kept getting cut off by her. I asked her to calm down and give me a chance to speak and she told me that that was how she spoke, loud and proud, how is she suppose to assist me when she don't want to listen to me? I found that to be so unprofessional and distasteful, and a very poor representation and upholding of the company image, it makes me wonder who trains them and who holds them accountable, is there even any form of accountability and integrity within the organisation
