If your legal representatives is sleeping with the enemy,what do you do?

In September 2016, My wife’s car was reversed into by a Hollard Insurance client.He admitted wrong doing and gave his details to us and the person to contact for the claim.We then processed the claim and Dave from Hollard told us to claim via our insurance which was My Way by the time as he was ready to settle the claim.My Way sent us back and fourth until September 2017 where we decided to start a legal process as Dave decided that since well My Way is ****,then we might give up.

Setumo Mashabathakga took the case at Legalwise and he has been taking his time till now to fast forward the process as we have to beg him to corporate or follow up.The last meeting we had with him was last month where he said his Randburg Branch Manager was going to sign for the Dave’s client to be summoned.

Setumo is now playing dodge ball with us, he doesn’t answer calls or reply emails.This is the second of not third case where I had to beg Legalwise to follow up on a valid case with valid evidence since I’ve been with them for more than 10yrs.
