if there only there was 0 star rating

The service at Legalwise Mitchells plain IS terrible. I have been dealing with a case since 2020 and nothing has been done( even after the party the case was against gave proof that THEY were in the wrong. I basically had to deal with my own queries down to dealing with the OMBUDSMAN ( as my attorney keeps telling me that they cannot get hold of anyone, but a soon as I call to the same place I receive an answer).I am frustrated and angry that we get treated a certain way because of the area we live in, but our money is good enough to be taken monthly.( this was the attitude we received from your attorney Kelly when we put our case forward. She said: "You do know nothing is going to come of this". How do I feel comfortable with an attorney that has no faith in my evidence or would even try and assist. She made me feel like its a waste of time and I should not even bother. Well Kelly was wrong. The only person who assisted us was Adele Roberts who called us to find out if the case was resolved, not knowing that NOTHING was EVER done and we were handed to Mulalo and I am STILL ACTIVELY handling my own case as we speak. Because we get the same response. I WILL GET BACK TO YOU. WHEN? When I run out of money to pay you your instalments???WHEN???
