I would like to commend Rotondwa Mukwevho for going above and beyond her call of duty whilst assisting me with my case. Rotondwa’s communication was excellent- she consistently and continuously communicated on the process and progress and took time out to call to discuss and explain everything in detail, this did not only provide clarity on most things but also put me at ease.
