I should have read all these negative comments before taking a policy with Legal Wise

I am just waiting for my new Legal Cover waiting period to be a full 3 months so I can cancel this Legalwise policy which is not adding value to my Iife. I logged a case last year which was closed beginning of this year without being notified. I was asked to resend all the documentation of which i did. The case is now allocated to someone whom I have never spoken to even if I sent her emails she also does not respond. Please close the case I can see that legal wise is not willing to assist me maybe the small claims court will be able assists since.
