I Neliswa I joined legal wise because I had a Case that needed a lawyers to solve I went to legal wise at Kempton park offices to explain my situation they seems to understand my story legal wise promise to help me on my case they assigned Kitching attorneys to assist on my case so the appointment where made on behalf between me and Kitching attorneys at first they seemed to assist and assured us as soon we pay the amount that they said we should pay because legal wise doesn't cover all the cost they will be able to help and solve the case as soon as possible it was 2019 until now . The service i have received at legal wise and Kitching attorneys is extremely bad i had to call them for the update after a month so they can update me with the case but they don't update me sometime i had to travel for hours to meet them at their offices i have to wait outside to call in time because they don't have a waiting room when I meet them only to be told to do they work they supposed to do as my lawyers i was basically going there to to listen to them to tell me how bad my case can get if it doesn't get solved asap instead of givin solution and the progress of the case i am so unhappy an frustrated because i still pay my membership ever month and yet i don't get help at this moment i request to get refund of the money i paid Kitching attorneys.
