I have an outstanding case with them that has been assigned since the 1 April to assist with issuing a letter of demand, till to date it has not happen. The case officer/legal counsellor Mr. Lityelovuyo Konqobe is deliberately frustrating me as if I'm not a paying client. I have requested intervention from their supervisor which did help to some text but it's not as fast. When I ask for deadlines I am met with attitude and nothing is being said as to when can one expect their matter to be done. They have very poor services with their legal counsellors that do not respect their own processes and controls however they never fail to deduct money from account on monthly basis which is always on time. If anyone looking for legal insurance definitely not to use Legalwise.
