I had a problem opening a municipal account after our house was registered at the deeds office in Feb 2022. We have tried in vain to have an account so as to pay our rates and taxes. After a long struggle with the City of Joburg municipality, we decided to ask for intervention from Legalwise. Within two weeks of their intervention, we have a new municipal account opened for us.
