I do not recommend LegalWise:-(

I am very disappointed with LegalWise, been paying monthly premiums from 2016. I now want to sue Auto Guards SA for performance issue on my vehicle. I first requested LegalWise assistance on the 19th of July 2022 and till today (21st of October 2022) there is no progress, I have sent everything they requested. They do not alert you, when you call you do not get an updates. I am always told my case was sent to a referral who will contact me, I call them every two weeks for updates and that is always the story.
