I am just broken

Good afternoon please I do not have airtime or data and still Legalwise treats me the way they do. Please I am I'll I have not slept since I went to see Nico. I have no money I receive my husbands pension on the 10th of each month. Why was I not told all this stuff in October last year Why was it left until now I sent emails for 2 weeks. I struggle to breath please do not abuse me this way in January after my first visit in June the prior year. Been to the office on three appointments. Spoken to you how many times now you are treating me like this. WHY DID YOU NOT EXPLAIN this to me face to face every time I went to see you. Please let them fetch the car you have not helped me one step of the way now you want to explain things eight months down the line. Please I can't talk anymore I have to rest I can't breath please these are not fun and games. I cannot breath I cannot upset myself so mutch. You will never admit you were wrong not explaining in the first place. You waited until I moved away and had no connections. You never explained this to me. Then you can hear how upset I am and you carry on and tell me I put the phone down. Please I just cannot believe this treatment. I am told my case file is missing and today this the first time you ever call me you tell me this that and the next WHY I BEG OF YOU HAVE YOU never told me this beforehand. Or is that not your job either? I don't have any petrol or money so I cannot drive to Carletonville to go to Standard bank. You waited until I asked why don't you want a power of attorney for standard bank. Why Legalwise did you not read the emails I CC'd you on. I answered all the questions asked Standard bank does not help me.

I have to rest I don't care if you believe it or not. Get proof from Dr Lieberman if you want come and see how I live. This is after I received a phonecalls from Legalwise today. I could not breath and she called a second time telling me I put the phone down. Now I am their client and they are Legal services.

CZS The same with every complaint. I had to go for testes and see a specialist today. One try from Leagalwise and thats it I call back from the doctors rooms. I hang on and on press 1 for this and two for that and hang on and on for no 3. Please note customer service was emailed on each of these requests I must phone them and say if I continue with the complaint NEVER an anderr or a solution. This call was the one you said you would get her to call me. Are these proffessionals? I do not get answers from Standard bank and I am the client. I have sent her an email and CC'd the Standard Bank. The attorney said she would look into it October she said she would contact them . She has not done a thing. And the complaint is over is Legalwise doing what they promissed and I paid for? Just a simple question that I am waiting for also Did they find my file from the Attorney ? I want answers I jave paid costs. Nothing has been done to guide or help me, Attorney said Legalwise can still help me with other services in the case. I sent customer services and highlighted the paragraph the letter the Attorney wrote. Please this is solving nothing. Nothing is closed who is doing what or anything. I wrnt to thr aStandard Bank and they told me to go to Johannesburg. Please the lady in Krugersdorp is getting paid. I included her in the emails to Standard Bank I did now as well. I jear nothing about anything and Legalwise has done nothing for me as a client. One try of a phonecall this is what this whole case has been this far. Please the public can see this is no service. I am 62 to old to work neaded my job as this is my whole future people are playing with. Time was of essence. Still have no clue what is happening with me and Legalwise. I am not walking away I pay for a service please this was no joke. I had no suppprt or guidance. Please I can pruve the ohonecalls.
