How can you help me with legal issues while you failing with one time pin
You can't sign a contract with law firm and spend more than 3 moths complaining about one thins that can be done remotely.
One Time Pin. then they send a really useless call centre agent to advise you on how to log in the app, you given advise that even a pre-school child could laugh at.
Another call say they will call back very soon. 6 days still no call.
If you can't send me something as simple as One Time Pin then how you gonna help me with legal issues?
