Horrible service received from Legal-wise

I have been with legalwise for years and i would like to note that they are very unprofessional. I have logged a query with them since December 2017 till today 13 April i am given the run around. Either people are not at work or they will call me back and they hardly call back.

I have ever experienced such a bad service in my life and i took the highest cover with them and always pay time but they are failing to assist. They are giving these attorneys companies a bad name, i always have to call and follow up with them with my airtime. This feels like money being wasted. Even management there is the same because when you need to complain to them they are never there or give you false information.
