Horrible service - Legal wise

I am a member of your business and I requested support from you over 6months ago and till this date I have not received any interest of assistance from your team

My case was moved from another consultant following my first complaint and I am now being assisted by Miss Melany Lewis, it is therefore safe for me to say she has been a no show herself since her appointment to my case.

04 Aug 2023 received an automated reply from your system and on the 20th of August 2023 Phakama Magadla acknowledged receiving my medical record that you requested from me. 08 Sep 2023 and 13 Sep 2023 I received an automated responds and no member of your team made an effort to contact me to follow up on anything with all the emails I send to your team.

I need to know if I will ever get help from you regarding my case or not, it cant be that difficult for your team to action this case with all the information I’ve given you.

Its over 6months now and I am not understanding why we still sitting with this case and zero progress I need to know if I will get help from you or not
