Horrible service by Legawise

I have faithfully paid my premiums to Legalwise over 10 years. I contacted them in December to assist me with a case of a dog attack. I was attacked by my neighbour’s dog and got badly injured in the process. I fractured a bone and had to undergo a knee surgery. All I asked Legalwise to do is to assist me sue my neighbour for medical expenses that I incurred to no avail. The sad part is that my neighbour has no problem paying me and has taken full responsibility for the accident caused by his dog. He had been waiting for a letter from my lawyer. Legalwise legal counsellor called Nadine Kirsten forwarded me a letter of demand she claims to have sent to my neighbour but cannot provide proof of receipt by my neighbour. I have been following up with her to date with no good news. My case number is CVL***. This should be a simple case but Legalwise is complicating it. My neighbour says that he has not received the letter of demand from you Legal. He therefore cannot pay me. Please have a conscience.
