Horrible service

On the 7th legal wise sent me an sms that I should reply yes if I need to join them, I did so because I always see theirs adds so I wanted to join they called me within 30 min and I joined the company. Last week on thursday they debited my account without my consent I had an agreement that they must debit me on the 25th of every month. I called sent them the message asking them to call me back on sat they never called me. Today I call them wanting to cancel they said the manager will get back to me in few minutes I called them at 11am up until now no one has bothered to call me and at least have a decency to tell me what's happening and now I tried calling they are closed.Can I have my membership canceled ASAP it's clear that it's definitely the company I can't trust because there's nothing that was promised to me that was delivered and I will not trust such people to deal with serious matters.
