Horrible service

On the 5th February 2018 I had an AP with a legal councillor in Pretoria branch, Pretorius street. I was 10 mnts late due to traffic and when I get there I was referred to someone's else not the person I wanted to see when I made an AP 2 weeks ago. I told the lady who attended me that I was not there to see her but the other councillor, only to find that the person I was there to see was already attending to the other client of which I did not have a problem with that. So when the councillor was told about me, he came to the office I was sitting and when he enters the office you could see his face that he was not in a good mood, then I introduce myself to him and I told him why I wanted to see him since I was referred by the branch manager to him. The councillor was so impatient with me and I confronted him about that and he started to defend himself by saying that he was having a client in his office. But what made me furious was that I was treated like someone who was there to ask for a donation, mind you I'm on premium membership. I even sent an e-mail to the branch manager Ms Claudia Moolman the same day telling her about my experience and she never rep**** to my e-mail to date. My wife also had an AP in Pretorius street office a week ago and she also complained about the poor service and unprofessionalism she received from that office. FYI I'm busy shopping around for a legal policy, I realised that I overstayed my welcome at Legalwise, thanks for nothing.
