I needed to take legal action against someone and instead of assisting with the first leg of the legal process, Legalwise messed up and followed incorrect process, when I asked if I need to restart the entire process (a two month delay that will cost me 10000r+), the response I got from Legalwise was ‘we provided you with the files, you are welcome to discuss further with your attorney’.
