Honestly I'm not happy with the way my case was handled by the agents, I lodged a dispute hoping that I will be helped but they failed me decimally

Honestly I'm not happy with the way my case was handled by the agents, I lodged a dispute hoping that I will be helped but they failed me decimally. Therefore I'm no longer comfortable working with legal wise because it's useless in times of needs. It's not the first time I'm loosing the case because of their employee's negligence so I can't do this anymore
