Grossly Failed by Legalwise as a client

I am very disappointed to be reading clients’ success stories when I have been let down horribly.

I reported to Legalwise that I was ****** by ZDI Mechanical Solutions in December 2009. I took my car for service and was made to pay R7000 deposit for the gearbox that was claimed to be faulty.

Legalwise referred the matter to Mather and Associates in Stanger in July 2010.

To date; I have not been helped. I paid and settled the car that no longer existed as it was stripped by ZDI Mechanical Solutions. I lost count of the number of years I was paying for the car licensing office until I gave up.

I am still paying monthly premiums to Legalwise without fail.

I can’t believe that a businessman can be left free by such a giant legal company like Legalwise.; at the expense of a client.

I have always thought my family was protected. Even going to Legalwise offices in Durban has not helped me.

What’s the point of having this policy?
