To be honest I was already looking at another provider... I don’t know how you managed with me and gave me excellent service, you took the time off your working hours and made sure you get me to know I'm valued and you didn't throw any of one of colleges under the bus...Very well done!

The way you handled me being already aggrevated with legwise...which I vented out on you and for that I am deeply sorry but what's amazing even though this was not your Branch you showed resilience, experience, knowledge, and critical thinking. This I must say is the best service that I had ever received. Infact your staff under you shows much of Your level of quality work!

Your diligence, hard work, late evening yesterday and continue to exceed every expectation that you set with me...by calling me today as promised and making sure the correct branch contact me and give me a courtesy call after you had already given me the legal advice I needed.
