Great Service and going an extra mile

I passed by the Germiston branch where I met the receptionist (Cecilia), who assisted me in reaching the counsellor who was assisting me with my matter. I must say she never hesitated and was friendly all the times despite the fact that the person handling my case was not even at the branch on that day.
