I'd love to share my experience regarding assistance received by Natalee Shardelow. Very patient but persistent in contacting me via phone call and email with various concerned follow ups. She assisted me with an issue with my municipal account and walked the entire journey with me until resolved. I am absolutely happy and grateful.
