Good day This s Thobeka Nokuthula Ngcobo I'm having a serious challenge with Legal wise team in assisting me with my claim which occurred in 2018 March for which my car Renault capture was hitted by the company car from Deliver Express driver who ran after hitting it and luckily managed to get the details for the driver I then reported the case with legal wise and after 6 years which was 2023 they managed to respond however by that time I have already cancelled their policy because they haven't assisted me even though their premiums were up to date then the claim was done because I have been paying then since 2016....so I have a claim number that is active CVL***0 Ref number wf_***5 they have responded to pay me the claim for R125 000 however that is delaying again after this case have dragged already please I'm really not happy with their service kindly assist me to fasten the process Regards Thobeka *** ***
