Getting feedback is like pulling blood from a stone.

They have been busy with case for over 3 years now. Not getting anywhere slowly. I then get a sms "case solved" now for the last 3 days I've been calling and leaving msgs after msgs, i get a text saying some one will call me with 6 hours, then when you call back "I was not reachable" , then when I called the call center to lay a complaint "48 hours" before i will get feedback. Amazingly when he called the phone rang and I answered.
