Frustrating process

I logged my 5th or 6th case with LegalWise. Not one positive outcome with any of the cases, I am yet to hear success stories from LegalWise. My current situation is running for 6months, what sermed to be clear cut is dragging on due to the fact that they can only interact with clients once a month. If they send you a mail, that is interaction. No urgency to resolve, no feedback is received unless one request such. They get one psyched up with the first call, after few weeks you receive assurance that your case are being dealth with another few weeks one need to follow up and clarify your situation. My concern is their inability to track or trace the person or company involved in the matter,dispite all contact details given. Another concern is that every situation takes over a year to reach climax just to fall flat.
