Frustrated customer

Hi.. I have no clue how to say this as the only way legal wise to assist attorney's that were appointed by them financially it's a struggle to them.. My case its now pending a Yr with them with no closure as yet. You can imagine my frustration as we are dealing with eviction and I'm still stranded renting while I'm paying bond, rental legal wise u can imagine my frustration.... Legal wise takes long to respond to attorney's for payment while my case on the other hand is still being place on hold they can't say anything further since no response from legal wise attorney... I'm currently loosing my mind with this whole thing.. Can I get closure please as I'm frustrated
