Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct by Legal Counsellor Karabo Thipe

Dear LegalWise Management,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unsatisfactory and disappointing experience I had during a recent interaction with one of your legal counsellors.

On 20 May 2025, I contacted your office seeking legal assistance and guidance regarding a marriage contract. I was attended to by Mr. Karabo Thipe. Regrettably, his manner throughout the call was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. As a client reaching out for legal support on a matter of personal and legal significance, I found his tone and conduct both inappropriate and unacceptable.

I believe that every client deserves to be treated with courtesy, understanding, and respect — particularly when engaging with professionals on sensitive matters. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I am left feeling not only frustrated but also disrespected.

I kindly request that this incident be investigated, and appropriate action be taken to ensure that future interactions reflect the standard of service LegalWise promotes. I also request to be contacted by a more senior legal advisor who can assist me properly with my initial enquiry regarding the marriage contract.

I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and handled with the professionalism that was lacking in my recent interaction.
