I am in distress as I have been a member of Legal wise since 2012, but all of a sudden this year when I want to use them to help me with a legal matter they tell me they cannot help me cause in 2016 I cancelled my contract with them, which I never did and they have never even communicated this to me before. They have also never stopped debiting their monthly fee from my account so I feel very much ****** by people who are supposed to help me, but now have turned out to be ******.

Now its day 15 since I have been waiting for my dispute to be resolved it is so sad if this is how you treat your customers, all you do is take take from your customers. Today someone from legal wise phoned me and all of suddenly she develops amnesia of my case . shame on you for *****ing from your clients.
