Feedback not received

I've been calling legal wise for long now told them my problem I was told that I Wil receive a call from an Advisor to date no one called me. I called again Portia told me I had a file already they will call this was last month e even now still waiting,I can't believe that I'm in a situation and I cannot be helped. I'm going to cancel this and join somewhere else I'm so angry. Repeated my story twice I'm going to tell people not to join Legal Wise they not wise I guess
