Faulty Vehicle

Hello Peter, I'm having a fight with a car manufacturing company since 2016 for my car that has been giving problems. Legalwise are involved since day one. I have been paying Legalwise for the past 10 years + and never skipped a month. When I requested for a lawyer they advised me that there is procedures to follow before they assign one to me but yet their adverti*****t says you can get a lawyer for up to a certain amount. Logged my complaint telephonicly with their complaints department 3 times and I must phone to follow up everytime. No results!!! I have been paying these payments in good faith and I feel that it's unfair towards me to be treated this way. U can imagine how frustrating I am by now. Bad service really.
