Far from being legally wise

I recently had been in a lengthy traumatic process with american swiss and jewellery insurance which dragging on for a year .... eventually decided to use legalwise which I had been paying every month for a good few years now ... the whole slogan is a lie and they are not helpful in anyway , they are doing or following the same protocol as a normal civilian would ,not action stuff as a legal organisation legally...apart from that , there's no ethics , I have to constantly follow up and phone in to speak to Nadine who's assisting me . Who I feel as a client isn't giving my problem the attention it needs ... further to my dissatisfaction I speak to Norma who is supposedly Nadine manager or supervisor who assured me that my email would get a response and that my legal advisor Nadine will contact me .... but yet again no response nothing.....

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN LEGALWISE AS THEY ARE FAR FROM BEING ANYTHING BUT LEGALLY WISE
