False Promises

<p>Im a member of legal wise. I ws involved in an incident on April 2016, the other party accepted responsibility and promised to pay for damages. He started playing hide and seek refusing to pay ,but i had all his contact details and contacted durban LEGALWISE to ask for help. They told me i must call pinetown, pinetown told me i must call durban and finally they said they wont be able to help me at all with this matter. I tried to deal with it on my own while paying for legalwise every month. i managed to get his insurance details and lodged a claim, after 7 months of trying because im dealing with their legal side of which im no match to, i ended up paying for damages myself (R20 587,10). </p> <p> </p> <p>His attorneys said they will refund me, they sent a refund leter with R19 000 in words and R9 000 in numbers for me to sign. I told them abt the descripiency, they sent me another one with R9000 both in numbers and in words (i stil have it, not signed)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I called durban LEGALWISE again to ask for advice, they told me to call pinetown. In pinetown they took my number and said they ll call me back, for the past four days, they ve been doibg the same thing and now i gave up. . .. Mxm</p> <p> </p>
