False Marketing of 1 month waiting period when its 3 months, And Chat agent would rather not sign you than to help you decide if you want to be with them

False Marketing, I signed up when I was told that its one month membership promotion but not, I asked the whatsapp agent a few questions if they could assist with Debt review or not, Instead of providing me with more info on that she/he then Said 3 months waiting period and never tended to my other question and only tended to cancelling my service, To me seems like your treatment here will not be any good they will take their time and respond to close the chat.
