False information given by sales consultant

I was offered a cover at Soshanguve Crossing by Mandla and was advised a lady by the name of Phuti will call me to confirm if I am accepting or declining (he even mentioned that if I accept he will get 10% and if I decline he will get 5%) I am under the impression that I will have cover and become a member once Phuti calls me ,I have not received that call instead I get an sms welcoming me as a member and received a second sms stating I will be receiving membership card and documents .I want to make this clear I DO NOT want that cover I am no longer interested ,I want somebody to call me and if a debit has gone off already I want that reversed .Very dubious all in the name of commission
