False Advertising : Partial Coverage

According to their website and the amount that goes off my account, Legalwise states that they will pay a lawyer up to R80000 per case. The lawyers appointed by legalwise themselves did a very good job so far in sorting my case out. However when they requested payment for a tracer to further my case Legalwise refused. I do not understand as there is a lot of the R80000 available to me and these lawyers proved that they do know what they are doing? Why would Legalwise put a roadblock in the way of my case that is almost resolved? Kind Regards Amith
