False Advertising

I had an incident on 14/4/15, where i was assaulted by a taxi crew and my car was damaged, because i did not get out the way fast enough. Taxi approached at a traffic light from the left, opened his door to obstruct my path. I was being assaulted and an attempt was being made to reach for my keys. I had to drive off through the taxi opened door, i beleived that my life and that of my daughter was in danger. 19/4, reported to LegalWise. 29/4, Thina responded that my actions were justified. 13/8, requested progress, Thina responded he will consult with supervisor. 14/9, THina, awaiting approval from senior to refer to attorney. 15/9, Thina, no prospect of success, as it was i who approached taxi. 29/9, I responded that that was not the case, the taxi approached from the left, obstructed my path with grievious intent, Photographic evidence of damage to my car shows where the opened taxi door damaged the centre of my bonnet. 01/10, Thina responded, cover starts 01/5/15, incident happened 14/4/15. <br> I have a letter from LegalWise dated 22/12/2014, stating \Immediate access 24/7/365\"<br> I believe that Legalwise misrepresented themselves to us the public and uses technicalities."
