**** CALLS MADE TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD

File Ref number CVL***4 - I logged this matter on Friday 6th November and knowing that Legal wise tends to ring your phone for 1 second and kill the call and then send you a sms saying that they could not get hold of you is a ongoing trend I've noticed with my previous claims with them. Yesterday the same thing, phone rang 1 second as it was next to me and I got an sms to call back, so i called back and was told that person is not in today. So who is making these **** calls? So I e mailed *** immediately. No response. I also have case 7/2-004697/20 with ***, i've now e mailed as no feedback for almost 2 months of a matter going for over a year. When i call this person is always on leave or never in the office. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CASES!!!!!!
