**** ADVERTISING FROM LEGALWISE... NO HELP

we submitted a legal case with Legal wise last year 15 March (2018). we met with a lady by the name of Belinde Mohale and she processed our cliam. she never gave any feedback we had to run after her to inquire what is going on, she later then referred the matter to an attorney at Flick Attorneys by the name of Anton Flick. we met with Anton in June 2018 and he was bus with our case, no communication was given to us from the lawyer, he then set up an appointment in august 2018 and advised that he has sent a letter of demand to the accused which we never received any communication of. till today no correspondence or communication has been given the service given at Legal wise is unprofessional considering the fact that we pay our premium monthly
