I'm a Platinum member and have been for years but have received poor service from Legalwise. One case is now running into its 6th year and has still not been resolved. I have a lawsuit against a medical doctor but I am now being told that the Platinum policy ( most prestigious ) does not cover civil lawsuits for pain and suffering. It's shocking to discover after years of premiums that there's no cover for a civil lawsuit for pain and suffering. I'm in shock and feel I wasted years of money on a company that doesn't care about it's customer but their pockets
