Failure to handle the case and answering calls

On the last week of November 2015,I reported a serious case in Legal wise since I was their client and pays them Monthly for services.A guy did back ground check without my consent,I reported the matter with all the proof to Legalwise Kemptonpark Branch since it is ***** related,I never got any assistance,I phoned for the whole week,spoke to the receptionist that promised me that the legal advicer will call me.The weeks passed and no one ever called me back.Then i Cancelled my services with Legal wise because they failed me several times.They did not even be bothered that they are loosing a client when i Cancelled.Who ever is using Legal wise Kempton park Branch will deal with Unfairness and very *********** Staff members who does not even care for the customers feelings.
