Failure for Legalwise to provide legal support and poor service
I refer my matter between PSG/ABSA insurance when my house hold items burnt fire to fire in 2022 August, the insurance refused to pay out for the items as they expect me to supply proof of items I bought for the fire in 2020, which they never told me it’s a requirement to keep proof of payment for any items in any fire incident and is not in their policy documentation. I refer the matter to legal wise in Feb 2023 they are still seeking legal advice on the matter today. They only do follow ups only when phoned them. Please help me to refer this matter to an ombudsman for legal firms. I have been paying premiums to legal wise for more than ten years for nothing they are useless no legal assistance

17 Jun 2026, 09:31The last I had from Legalwise was the 13 February 2026 All they care of is to collect my premiums, I am left with no option to report them. If you are thinking to get a legal cover donot go to legalwise they are just useless post office who collect people money with poor or no service.
