failing to update me about the case progress

i had an axident last year august 2014 where my vehicle was riten off, and the insurance rejected my claim based on a false statement made by the tow truck guy. the matter was refereds to Legal wise in October 2015. it was handled by legal counciler Belinda Mohale she handled the matter til January 2015 without any sucess. then she refered the matter to Prinsloo artoneys at Middelburg and the metter is handled by Elsebe, i met with her once then she sent me ombudsmen forms of which i completed and sent back to her,since then she's been quet she doesn't update me of the progress. i'm the one who is writing emails asking about the progress she's not responding. its now almost a year i'm stucked without altanative means of transport and im still paying for that vihicle of which i no longer have. i feel Legal wise is failing me. and they are debiting me every month i'm even thinking of cancelling my membership with legal wise they are realy not helping.
