failing to provide feed back

this is my second complain about the same thing, i have a claim which was rejected by an insurance company and i referred the matter to Legal-wise since last year September. the mater was handled by a legal counsellor at first and then was later referred to a lawyer Elsabe at prinslaw attorneys in Middelburg. Elsabe suggested that she will help me file a complain to the Ombudsman, of which we did but things went a bit slow because she delayed in sending my complain to the ombudsman and did not give me the feed back . eventually my complain was received by the Ombudsman and i did receive confirmation from the Ombudsman.<br> on 24 June. i received an sms from the Ombudsman on 8th September saying that my file has been closed.<br> i wrote an email to Elsabe requesting feedback on thee different occasions of which she never responded to any of the email i wrote. i then called her and she told me she was sorry and she did receive a latter from Ombudsman and she will send it to me but she never did.on the 17th September some lady from her office called and said i would receive feed back on that same day or the next day but nothing till today.<br> i'm really tired of this running around.<br>
