Extremely Unhelpful - No sense of urgency
Legalwise is unhelpful, and they have no sense of urgency. They claimed to respond in 48 hours, but only after followed up 2 weeks later, did they tell me that they didn't receive my Power of Attorney form. Save your money. I wouldn't recommend them.

21 Apr 2023, 09:47Mr Singela, this was my second time with Legalwise, and it is the same issue. I am also disappointed that Legalwise then tried to remove my review on HelloPeter, saying I am not a customer, so I had to prove with documents that I cancelled my policy. Imagine if I no longer had access to my emails like other people. Many people are not even aware that their reviews are being deleted. No need for any investigation. I'm just talking about my experience with Legalwise and what people should look out for when signing up.
