Extremely Disappointing Legalwise Service In Durban

Ive had 2 matters with Legalwise since last year at the Durban branch.

My experience with them has been extremely extremely poor. My first matter was time sensitive and although they were fully aware of this it made no difference to the way my matter was handled. I had to repeatedly call for feedback and suggest alternatives to the legal advisor to try and get the matter sorted.

The second matter I raised with them in August. After a month I had received no response and called head office who then told me who will be handling my matter. They did request the legal advisor contact me and by that afternoon she had contacted me. She asked that relevant information be sent to her which I did the very next day however since then I have not heard from her. I have emailed her repeatedly with no response. I have also called head office 3 times and all they say is they will look into it and get back to me which doesnt happen. My matter has now been outstanding since August 2017. Calling the head office gets me nowhere as well as contacting the advisor. I have been a member of Legalwise for more than 10 years and at the time when I do need assistance this is what happens
