Expect zero assistance from LegalWise
I have been a member of LegalWise since February 2021, on their so-called "Gold Plus" membership option. My monthly premium has always been paid on time, and over the years, I developed a false sense of security, believing that if I ever needed legal assistance, I was covered.
When I required urgent legal advice in a property-related issue recently, I duly contacted LegalWise, using the handy form on their website to send the details of my request. To my disappointment, however, there was zero response - not even an acknowledgement of my message. To date, I have heard nothing from these con artists, despite their promises of 24-hour assistance. They have truly left me hanging.
Don't bother with LegalWise - just another ************ company that will take your money with a smile, but vanish when their assistance is required.

I don't need my "concern addressed", I need URGENT LEGAL ADVICE, which is why I joined LegalWise in the first place. Please let me know if you could be bothered to offer that, or if I should look elsewhere.
