Excellent service from Legalwise Customer Care

I would like to compliment Thandile from Legalwise customer care call centre. Thandile has excellent empathy skills. She is able to take control of a call by listening, empathizing and providing a resolution. I was happy with the outcome of my complaint thanks to Thandile. I am just disappointed that I never got an SMS so that I can rate her service. I hope Legalwise does value her as much as policy holders like myself value her. In an industry that deals with a lot of diverse people I am confident that we are in good hands when dealing with experienced and excellent customer service oriented experts like Thandile. All I can say is Thank you Thandile paying my monthly Legalwise premiums is a pleasure I am confident that I am getting good value from my Legalwise policy.
