empty promises

Having legal wise cover is just a waste of time & money, its useless they over promise & under deliver, they excel on collecting premiums frm my account. They are failing to resolve my small case with a car dealer but they advertise everyday on tv stating how good they are with cases like this, just a lie. Ever since i joined legal wise years back i thought im save not knowing how small & stupid they can make you feel. Is like im begging them to do their job i spoke to Aubrey Motswega florida branch on the 21st jan, Now i still dont have my car what bothers me most is the fact that i now have to call all the time asking about the updates on my case how long is it going to take for them to resolve this case? Every time i call aubrey motswega he promises to call me on the following day & he never does. Im frustrated not happy with your bad service, if u cant help me just cancel this policy
